These terms govern your use of the Beenga website and the audio it generates (the “Service”), operated by Geetsuhane. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Beenga generates music and sound effects on demand. Rendering runs on our servers; to keep the shared test service responsive we may limit clip length, the number of simultaneous renders, and request frequency.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to overload, probe, or disrupt the Service;
• Do not use it to produce content that is illegal, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Do not scrape or automate bulk generation without permission.

3. Your licence to the audio

Rights in the audio you generate are described on the Licensing page, which forms part of these terms.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The Service and all audio are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geetsuhane is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is currently a test/beta build and may change or be unavailable at any time.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
